Strongly believe in helping others by providing her customers with the information that will make them thrive and be successful in whatever issue they are attempting to accomplish. Marjorie is determined, enthusiasm, dedicated, knowledgeable and committed to providing the best possible service to customers. She is passionate about the execution of any project that she has a degree of responsibility to complete.

          As a speaker, Marjorie is eager to share her secrets of success, focusing on what is most vital to communicate to the existing group. She thrives on helping others to giving whatever information to others that they need to be successful in what they seek to accomplish, as an individual, group, or an organization.

          She holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University and has seven (7) years experience as a Human Resource Director in state government at the South Carolina State Ethics Commission. Marjorie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Computer Information System from Limestone College, and an Associates in Business from Denmark Technical College, for a combined total of 45 plus years of work experience in various industries (local and various state government agencies, Healthcare, Academia, Nonprofit, Financial, Legal, and Retail).

          Marjorie Gordon-DeLee founded the Change Your Ways Ministry in June 2018  (Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com; Change-Your-Ways-Ministry-2073667532882484/?ref=bookmarks) and has been a Minister since August 2009.
